What's a small thing that helps with your sensory issues?

Lots of us have small sensory-issue-hacks that have made life so much better. Do you have any, especially unique/unusual ones?

I hate the sensation of showering and my hygiene improved considerably when I took a friend’s advice to shower in the evening rather than the morning. I used to procratinate far too long in the mornings and left it to late to get it done before I went to uni/work, whereas now I can procrastinate all evening and still end up clean. It seemed like a dumb suggestion at the time, but it really worked.
